How do I add a service request and why is it faster than calling?

In the Orders tab you can create a new service request or order a custom service. Remember that submitting an order by an Oktawave panel is the fastest way to solve your problem - application immediately goes into our system and is transmitted for execution.

This procedure is identical in the case of telephone contact, the difference being that the order is created by our staff and thus processing time of your order will be extended.

To create a new order and review their history, at the top of the page, select the ACCOUNT and then choose Tickets.

You will see the history of your orders. In addition to basic information about each of them, such as its identification number, title, and date of addition, you will also know status of your orders and, if it was a service request, also its price.

Orders can be sorted by clicking column headings, and easily browsed through the use of tools above the list - search engine and filters (according to order type, date, or a user).


Creating new request order is very similar to a service order – you also must specify the department to which the order relates, choose priority, fill in the title and describe it, possibly including a file.

To submit your request, click the Add button in the lower left corner.
