How does the paid administrative support works in Oktawave?

In addition to the standard support, Oktawave also provides paid administrative support services. Its range includes the following services.
  • Installation and configuration of operating systems.
  • Installation and configuration of the elements necessary to ensure the HA environment (including software and hardware).
  • Current care consisting of daily verification of the system and analyzing logs.
  • Responding to any notification from the monitoring systems or from other sources (user notifications) for the system under administration service. Including, configuration change requested by the Contractor, for services provided by Oktawave.
  • Taking care of updating the software provided by Oktawave, including systems upgrades and patches.
  • Supporting Contractor in the process of selection of appropriate technologies and technical solutions.
Range of contact hours and the level of access to appropriate support line is determined individually. The costs of support at this level is defined by our price-listing.
