What information should I include when reporting issue to tech support?

Our experts are at your disposal, but the time we can solve the problem depends on the description of the issue and provided informations. Here are some rules of preparing the ticket.



Basic data:

  • name of the account,
  • first and last name to which the main account is registered to,
  • name of the instance,
  • the id of the instance (such as 10904, which is what is at the beginning of the address in the services.oktawave.com domain).

 

Describe your problem in the form of followin questions.

  • What I wanted to achieve?
  • What is the result I got?
  • What outcome was expected?
