I started the service. How do I get the access?

In this article you will find answers to questions about access data to individual servers and services.
When you go to the selected service overview (eg. OCI), in the Information section a Show button is located.
Clicking it reveal the password needed to connect to SSH.
For instances with Windows operating system, it's the administrator password, that user gives when loging over RDP.
When you go to the selected service overview (eg. OCI), at the bottom of this page, there are tabs, one of which is a tab called IP addressing.
Service IP is also included in the e-mail that comes when you create a new instance.
You should know that you can connect with the Oktawave services by the IP address (see section above), or server ID. When you go to the selected service overview (eg. OCI), in the Informations section you will find server ID.
4. Can I log in to the server from the administration panel?
Yes. We have put the console in our panel, so that advanced management of service from any computer will be posible. When you go to the selected service overview, at the bottom of Informations section is a link to Remote Console.
Upon clicking, it will expand the section in which you must select the appropriate duration of the session and then confirm by clicking Create.
After a short time, a link to our web client will appear.
You can now log in to the service.
5. Where can I find all the access data to services running on OCI?
Access data can be found at /root/ location in README file, after logging in to OCI via SSH.
An example file looks like this (starts with "Installation notes ...").
6. I have installed Application. Where can I find the SFTP access data?
When you start the application (eg. WordPress) the screen before you run the application installer is very important, it contains additional information, such as access data to SFTP. To see this screen go to the selected application overview page and search for Application access link in the Informations section.
Upon clicking, it will expand giving two options, click the Application main page link.
New page will be displayed with all the most important information, including SFTP access data.
You will also receive link to this page in a confirmation e-mail. This screen appears only once and must be approved. If it was approved by opening it from the e-mail, then click on link from the panel will not displays this screen.
