What is Tech-support account for?

Tech-support is an account which is used in the process of launching a new instance of the OCI. Moreover, in an emergency, our administrators can use it to give you help in the management of the instance (with the consent of the instance owner).

Each user can also delete the Tech-support account. However, in the absence of an Tech-support account we will not be able to help in the configuration of the system if the need arises.
