How to change Oktawave account data?

Data related to the account could be divided in two categories: general data and users’ data. General data includes information about the entity (a person or a company), the account was registered on. The second category relates to each user’s data (users who have an account administration permission).



In order to edit general account data, select Account ǀ Manage account.



Then choose Edit Account.



This step enables to edit all the contact data.

A client is not allowed to change a company name nor convert an account’s type from a company-owned to a private-owned and vice versa by his own. To make this change, you will need to contact with Customer support.

In order to add a new user, select Add account, to edit data or permissions, select Edit account.
