To start a service in the Oktawave cloud, your account balance must contain sufficient funds. The following tutorial will show you how to add them.
To make a deposit, log in to the admin panel. From the menu on the right side of the screen, select BILLING and RECHARGE ACCOUNT.
You can deposit any amount but not less than 50 $/€. You will be able to use the paid amount depending on the selected services. Remember, that at the time of payment an immutable invoice will be automatically created with a qualified electronic signature. So before making a deposit make sure that your billing information is correct.
After clicking RECHARGE ACCOUNT, a new window will open, where you enter the amount of deposit, choose a payment method, you will also be able to enter a promotional code.

How to fund your account with credit card?
After entering the amount of deposit, from the drop-down list select a CREDIT CARD as method of payment and click NEXT.
In Oktawave We accept the following credit cards:
- Maestro International
After filling in all the fields and clicking NEXT, you will be redirected to the payment summary. If everything is correct, click NEXT and start using the Oktawave cloud.
How to set standing order with a credit card?
After the first payment from your credit card, a details will be added to your administration panel.
When you move the cursor over the Billing tab, from the drop down list, select BILLING. In the new window a new page will open with your billing history.
In PAYMENTS tab, you will find your credit card details.
In order to debit the credit card, click EDIT in the right bottom corner.
- In the "automatic credit card debit amount" enter the amount to be automatically taken from your card.
- In the field "Maximum monthly amount charged to your credit card," enter the amount you want to spend per month on Oktawave services.
- In the "Minimum balance for automatic payment" page, specify the minimum account balance to charge from your credit card. For example, if your balance drops to 50 $/€, funds from your credit card will be taken and your balance in Oktawave is increased by a corresponding amount.
- After defining the terms of your credit card charge, please click on the APPLY button. Then, in the card data view your, click Enable next to the "The amount of automatic credit card debit"
What are the benefits of a fixed charge on your card?
By setting a fixed charge from your card, you do not have to worry about the possible unavailability of your services, due to lack of funds in your Oktawave account. This allows you to fully utilized the flexibility of cloud computing, charging your balance in Oktawave only when necessary, while your cloud services will always be available.
In Oktawave we take the safety of both our services and transactions with a great importance . In our system, we only store partial data from your credit card (last 4 digits and the expiry date). To these data we refer during another payment.
In addition, our system meets the standards of PCI DSS - Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. If on the website this sign is displayed, it means that the data on the page and credit card details are secure.
How to fund your account via PayPal?
After entering the amount of deposit from the drop-down list, select PayPal as method of payment and click NEXT. You will see a summary of your payment.
When you click NEXT, you will be taken to PayPal panel and you will be prompted to log in to your account.
When you log in to your account simply accept transactions, and you can get started in the Oktawave cloud.
How to fund your account with the promotional code?
If you have a promotional code, after entering the amount of deposit, from the drop-down list select a promo code as method of payment and click NEXT. After accepting the transaction, your Oktawave account will be credited with the amount corresponding to the value of your promotional code.
In Oktawave you can also pay once a month for the use of resources in the form of postpaid. The minimum amount in monthly Postpaid billing mode is 1500 zł (without tax). Postpaid requires the signature of the individual contract and to launch services may take about 5-10 days. If you are interested in Postpaid billing, contact our support:
